分析了聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材生产时,聚乙烯芯层进入三辊机的角度对卷材复合强度的影响。当聚乙烯芯层垂直进入进入三辊机(卧式三辊机结构)时,聚乙烯芯层与两面无纺布的复合强度(剥离强度)相同,复合效果最好。
The article analyses the influence of PE layer's entering angle into three-roller machine on the combined strength of membrane during the production of PE-PP fibre composite waterproofing membrane. In the case of feeding the PE layer vertically into three-roller machine, a horizontal three-roller structure, the combined strength (peel strength) between PE layer and either side's nonwoven fabric is equally strong, and the combining effect was optimal.
