聚乙烯芯层进入三辊机的角度对聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材复合强度的影响

摘要 分析了聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材生产时,聚乙烯芯层进入三辊机的角度对卷材复合强度的影响。当聚乙烯芯层垂直进入进入三辊机(卧式三辊机结构)时,聚乙烯芯层与两面无纺布的复合强度(剥离强度)相同,复合效果最好。 The article analyses the influence of PE layer's entering angle into three-roller machine on the combined strength of membrane during the production of PE-PP fibre composite waterproofing membrane. In the case of feeding the PE layer vertically into three-roller machine, a horizontal three-roller structure, the combined strength (peel strength) between PE layer and either side's nonwoven fabric is equally strong, and the combining effect was optimal.
