摘要
目的观察电针对高脂饮食所致的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及血清瘦素(Leptin)水平的影响。方法 40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、电针组和西药组,每组10只。除正常组、模型组外,其余2组在造模12周后分别进行针灸和西药治疗;16周时将所有大鼠断头处死,用HE染色观察肝组织光镜下的病理改变;经下腔静脉采血,迅速按常规分离血清,邻苯三酚自氧化抑制法测定血清SOD;硫代巴比妥荧光法测定血清MDA;采用ELISA法测定血清Leptin水平。结果模型组血清MDA显著高于正常组(P<0.05!,SOD活性显著低于正常组(P<0.05!;电针组与模型组比较,MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05!,而SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05!;电针组与西药组比较,MDA含量有下降趋势,有统计学差异(P<0.05!;而SOD活性有下降趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);模型组血清Leptin水平显著高于正常组(P<0.05!;电针组与模型组比较,血清Leptin水平显著降低(P<0.05!;电针组与西药组比较,血清Leptin水平有下降趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论电针能够降低非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠血清Leptin水平,减轻脂质过氧化,是其治疗NASH的重要机制。
Objective To observe the Effects of Electronic Acupuncture on the serumal changes of SOD, MDA and Leptin of rats with Non-alcoholic Steatosis Hepatitis, by electro acupuncture on Ganshu (BL 18), Zusanli (ST 36), Fenglong (ST 40) and Taichong (LR 3) Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of ten each : Normal group, Model group, Electronic Acupuncture group and the Western Medicine group. The rats were killed at the end of the 16th week from the beginning of the experiment. Serum and hver specimens were collected. Histological specimens were stained with HE and then studied. Results Regarding both the serum and liver tissue,the MDA contents were markedly higher in the model group than those of the normal group( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The MDA contents were markedly lower in the model group than those of the normal group(P 〈 0.05 ) ;regarding the SOD contents,there was a downward trend in the livers of the electric acupuncture group, but there was no significant difference between the electric acupuncture group and the western medicine group ( P 〉 0. 05). The level of Leptin was significantly lower in the Acupuncture and the Western Medicine group than the rest groups(P 〈0.05), but there was no significant changes between the Acupunture group and the Western Medicine group. Conclusion Electric acupuncture can strengthen the hepatic tissues against oxidation, relieve lipid peroxidation in the treatment of NASH.
