摘要
凸缘联轴器是传递转矩的联接部件。借鉴复合轴扭转刚度计算原理,对凸缘联轴器扭转刚度与最大扭转角进行计算,并通过有限元分析方法进行验证。利用Karush-Kuhn-Tucker最优化条件结合ALE移动网格方法进行尺寸灵敏度分析。为凸缘联轴器等非标准设计领域提高零件总体刚度和减少振动,提供了一定的理论依据。
Flange coupling is a connecting component for transmitting torque. Refered to the torsional stiffness principle of composite shaft, the torsional stiffness and maximum torsional angle of flange couphng are calculated and verified by finite element analysis. The size sensitivity is analyzed by using Karush - Kuhn - Tucker optimized condi- tions and ALE moving mesh. A certain theory basis to improve overall stiffness and reduce vibration of flange coupling in non- standard design field is provided.
