摘要
目的 用二维超声研究正常人左心房内径、容量。方法 在对猪心左房实测和二维超声观测计算容量并计算两者相关系数的基础上 ,用同样方法观测正常人左心房内径、容量。结果 胸骨旁左室长轴观 :(4区SD) :①二维测值 (单位mm) :左房前后径 :男 32 2 5± 2 5 5 ,2 7 2 5～ 37 2 5 ;女 32 0 4± 2 44 ,2 6 0～ 36 82。②M型测值 (单位mm) :左房前后径 :男 30 6 9± 3 34 ,2 4 14～ 37 2 4;女 30 5 8± 3 2 5 ,2 4 2 1～ 36 95。心尖四腔观测值 (单位mm) :①左房左右径 :男 33 12± 2 5 1,2 8 2 0～ 38 0 6 ;女 32 5 7± 2 2 5 ,2 6 16～ 36 98。②左房上下径 :男 5 2 0 4± 3 0 7,46 0 2～ 5 8 0 6 ;女 5 0 43± 3 2 4,44 0 8～ 5 6 78。左心房容量 (单位cm3 ) :男 33 97± 3 90 ,2 6 32～ 41 6 1;女 31 79±4 2 0 ,2 3 5 6～ 40 0 2。结论 通过动物试验证实左心房以三条内径计算容量是正确可行的 ,三条内径的测量是正确可信的 ;用计算机软件可为临床计算左心房容量提供快速方便的方法 ;这为解决目前国内外左心房标准不统一提供了可供参考的资料。
Objective To observe normal citizen's LA's internal diameter and volume by two dimensional echocardiography. Methods Useing have measured practically and figured out the pigs' atria volumes by applying two dimensional echocardiography. That calculated the correlation coefficient of them. On the basis of that, we observe the normal citizen's LA's internal diameter and volume by the same means. Results Sectional measuring data of parasterral LV long axis view (4 section SD):①Two dimensional sectional measuring data (unit mm). Two dimensional sectional measuring data (Front and back) 32 25±2 55;27 25～37 25;Women:32 04±2 44;26～36 82. ②Taking sample's data by M\|mode. (unit mm). Internal diameters of LA. Men 30 69±3 34,24 14～37 24;Women 30 58±3 25,24 21～36 95. Two dimensional sectional measuring data of heart pinnacle's four cells (unit mm) 2.1 left and right diameters of LA. Men 33 12±2 51,28 20～38 04; Women: 32 57±2 25,28 16～36 98. Up and down diateters of LA. Men 52 04±3 07,46 02～58 06;Women 50 43±3 24,44 08～56 78. The volumes of LA:(unit cm 3) Men 33 97±3 9,26 32～41 61;Women 31 79±4 20,23 56～40 02. Conclusion Through experimenting on animals the calculating volume of LA from three diametral lines is correct and feasible so it provide a quick and convenient method for clinical calculating by the use of computer software as well as references for solving nonuniform LA standard domestically at present.
