摘要
目的探讨住院病人对护理工作的满意度及其影响因素,为提高病人满意度提供参考依据。方法采用一般情况调查表及病人满意度量表,对154名住院病人进行调查。结果住院病人满意度总分为(107.32±15.34)分,其中家庭护理和随访得分最低,护理技术得分最高。不同学历的病人对护理的满意度不同,差异具有统计学意义。结论护理工作管理者应重视家庭护理和随访,同时注重满足不同人群的不同需求,提高病人满意度。
Objectives To investigate the mpatients satlstactlon with nursing care and its inlluenclng factors. Methods A total of 154 inpatients were recruited and investigated with a self-designed questionnaire, inpatients' satisfaction with nursing care questionnaire. Results The overall score of inpatients~ satisfaction with nursing care wasl07. 32-]-15. 34. The lowest one of satisfaction were home care and follow-up and the highest one was nursing technology. Inpatient with different level of education had different score for satisfaction with nursing care. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Nurse managers should pay attention to home care and follow- up, to meet different needs of different groups of people and to improve inpatients' satisfaction with nursing care.
