压力疗法治疗烧伤瘢痕增生的临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:介绍压力疗法治疗烧伤瘢痕增生的临床经验,探讨该疗法的应用及其临床价值.方法:对2000年~2011年158例烧伤病人瘢痕增生的治疗方法和疗效进行回顾.结果:加压治疗88例,显效75例,占85.23%,有效13例,占14.77%o坚持加压治疗6个月至一年,患者疗效明显且稳定.结论:压力疗法对于治疗烧伤瘢痕增生比较有效,其疗效与压力的大小和该疗法应用的时间密切相关,一般以所施压力为3.30~5.32kPa (25 ~40mmHg)为宜,应用越早越好. Objective: To introduce clinical experience of treatment of burn hypertrophic scars by using a pressure therapy and explore the application of pressure therapy and its clinical value. Methods: Reviewing efficacy of the treatment of 158 cases of burn scars of patients from 2000 to 2011. Results: After the pressure treatment 88 cases, 75 eases are markedly effective, accounting for 85.23%, 13 cases effective, 14.77%. Adhering to the pressure treatment for 6 months to a year efficacy in patients is significant and stable. Conclusions: Pressure therapy for the treatment of burn scars is more effective, its efficacy is closely related to the size of pressure application and the time of the treatment. The appropriate applied pressure is between 3.30 and 5.32kPa (25 -40mmHg), the sooner the treatment uses the better its efficacy.
