摘要
针对2VSF-37型搅拌器在运行中所出现的问题进行了分析及探讨,总结了几次处理该故障的经验,对所采取的处理方法及技术改进进行了介绍,并提出了今后对吸收塔搅拌器检修维护的建议。通过实际运行情况看,2VSF-37型搅拌器改进后故障频率明显下降,设备的安全可靠性得到了较大提高。
In this paper,we analyze and discuss the caus es of the problems occurred in operation of 2VSF-37 type agitator, summarize the failure treatment experience based on some cases, and the repair methods and technological improvements are introduced, some useful suggestions are also proposed for maintenance of absorber agitator.Through the practical run, the fault frequency of 2VSF-37 type agitator is reduced significantly, and safety and reliability of equipment are greatly raised.
