摘要
科技交流是科技事业能够发展的前提。抗战时期,中国工程师学会为维系与推动科技交流做了大量工作并取得显明成效。文章从学术年会、发行刊物、专题会议及实地考察等方面论述其交流工作,指出其贡献,并分析学会取得成就的原因。学会的工作体现了工程界坚持抗战与工程建国的信念、决心及力量。
Science and technology exchange is the base of the development of Science and technology.the Chinese Institute of Engineers did a lot to maintain and promote Science and technology exchange and obtained apparent effect.this paper discussed from annual academic meeting,publication,a special meeting,field trips.point out its contribution and analyse the cause of achievement. Science and technology exchange embody belief, determination,strength of the Chinese Institute of Engineers in war of resistance and gong cheng jian guo.
