摘要
以液体硅溶胶作为硅源,分别考察水的加入量,模板剂用量,OH/SiO2的变化等因素对分子筛合成的影响。在XRD、SEM等分析表征的基础上,对在优化条件下所制备的ZSM-5分子筛进行了结构和催化反应性能研究。合成的小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛具有良好的MTP反应催化活性,在给定反应条件下,丙烯的选择性达到43.07%,C2=+C3=的选择性为50.2%,P/E比在6以上。
The liquid silica sol as silica source, the factors of affecting the synthesis of molec-ular sieve were investigated respectively,such as water,template and alkalinity dosage.Based on XRD,SEM and other analytical characterization of the ZSM-5 molecule,small grain ZSM-5 molecular sieve were prepared under the optimum conditions and its structure and catalyt-ic reaction properties were studied. The results show that small grain ZSM-5 molecular sieves synthesized by silica sol as silicion source with good catalytic activity in MTP reac-tion. Under given conditions, propylene selectivity reached 43.07 %, the selectivity of C2^=+ C3^= was 50.2 %, P/E ratio was above 6.
