摘要
自国家"十二五"规划提出绿色发展目标以来,各项目在积极推广和倡导绿色施工,树立绿色施工理念,但存在发展水平高低不一、多口号浮于表面的现象。如何在项目建设中利用技术、管理、经济等手段,最大限度地提高资源、能源的利用水平,更新设计观念,落实绿色施工工作,已成为当今建设工程的一项重要研究课题。研究项目绿色施工的实施,将绿色要素纳入工程建设的全过程服务中,创造一种不影响自然和社会环境、保护和高效利用资源的全新施工体系,利用先进适用的技术措施和管理措施,精细化和标准化绿色施工,推动建筑的可持续发展。
Green construction of various projects is actively promoted as green development goals proposed in Chinese ＂12thrive-year plan＂, but the improving level varies with more supegCicial slogans. An important research topic in construction project covers maximizing re- sources and energy utilization levels, updating the design concept, implementing green construction by means of technology, management and cost control in projects. Green elements shall be included into the whole process of engineering construction services to create afresh con-struction system that doesn＇t impact natural and social environment, protect and efficiently use resources. The advanced and applicable tech-nical measures and mactagement are utilized to achieve fining and standardization of green construction and promote sustainable development of architecture.
