摘要 建立了在镍坩埚中用氢氧化钠熔矿,运用强酸性阳离子树脂交换分离富集—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定多金属矿石中痕量稀土元素的方法。实验结果表明,本方法的分析流程空白较低,通过阳离子交换分离可以去除很多基体元素的干扰。对国家一级标准物质铜矿石(GBW07235)、铅矿石(GBW07236)、钼矿石(GBW07238)进行了测试,结果准确可靠,精密度(RSD,n=5)<7.37%,可满足矿石中的痕量稀土元素定量分析的要求。 A method for the determination of rare earth elements (REEs) in polymetallic ore by inductively coupled plas- ma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) using strongly acidic cation exchange resin for separation and pre-concentration has been developed, the ore was molten by sodium hydroxide in nickel crucible. The results show that the method of analysis process low blank, through cation exchange separation can remove a lot of interference of matrix elements. The national primary standard substance ( GBW07235, GBW07236, GBW07238) are tested, the results are accurate and reliable, the precision ( RSD, n = 5 ) is less than 7.37% , which can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis of trace rare earth elements in the ore.
