对乙酰氨基苯乙酸又称阿克泰特(actarit) ,是一种新型抗风湿药 ,其以苯乙腈为原料 ,经硝化、水解、还原和酰化四步反应进行合成 。
Actarit was a new type antirheumatic drug.It was synthesized from benzyl cyanide as starting material by nitration,hydrolysis,reduction and acylation.The quality of product acorded with the literature demands.
