摘要 为研究Sasobit温拌改性剂对沥青性能的影响,将ES70号和PJ130号2种基质沥青分别掺2%~6%的Sasobit并制备成沥青胶结料,进行旋转粘度试验、动态剪切流变试验和弯曲梁蠕变试验,并对Sasobit改性沥青进行性能分级(PG分级)。试验结果表明:Es和PJ沥青采用Sasobit改性剂改性后,其温度转折点分别在107%和105℃附近。随着Sasobit掺量的增加,改性沥青的车辙因子和蠕变劲度模量逐渐增大,变形速率减小。在2%~6%掺量范围内,Sasobit均能较大程度地提高ES和PI2种沥青的高温性能。Sasobit会较大程度地削弱ES沥青的低温性能,但对PJ沥青低温性能只有略微不利的影响。 In order to study the influences of Sasobit warm mixing modifier on performance of asphalt, This paper mix 2% - 6% Sasobit into No. ES70 and No. PJ130 matrix asphalts, respectively to form asphalt cementing material to carry out rotary viscosity test, dynamic shear rheometer test and bending beam creep test, and conducts road performance grading (PG) of Sasobit modified asphalts. The test result shows that the turning points of temperature of ES and PJ asphalts are close to 107℃ and 105℃, respectively after adoption of Sasobit modifier. With increase of mixing amount of Sasobit, the rutting factor and creep stiffness modulus of the modified asphalts gradually become larger and the rate of deformation reduces. In the range of 2% -6% mixing amount, Sasobit can remarkably improve high-temperature performance of ES and PJ2 asphalts. Sasobit will weaken low-temperature performance of ES asphalt to a great extent, but only shows slightly adverse influence on low-temperature performance of PJ asphalt.
