摘要
采用分光光度法对6个银杏新品种的总黄酮和总内酯含量进行测定。其标准曲线回归方程分别为:y=0.0269x-0.0007,R^2=0.9975;y=0.0007x+0.0012,R^2=0.9917,经F检验,各品种间存在极显著差异。通过对各品种综合评价,初步选定玉帘作为银杏叶用优良新品种。
The content of flavanone and lactone in leaf were measured by spectrophotometric method,and their standard curve regression equation are y=0. 0269x--0. 0007 ,R2 = 0. 9975 and y = O. O007xq-O. 0012 ,R2 = 0. 9917. By the F test, Based on the comprehensive evaluation of different varieties, we selected Yulian as the fine leaf--using variety of Ginkgo biloba.
