摘要
以鞍钢热成形用钢AC1500HS为研究对象,采用热模拟试验机测定了AC1500HS的CCT曲线并模拟了热成形工艺,确定了AC1500HS钢热成形工艺参数;对钢板进行热成形汽车零件试制,结果表明,该钢热成形性良好,零件尺寸精度达到要求,抗拉强度达到1 500 MPa以上,满足汽车零件装车要求。
Taking the AC1500HS hot stamped steel produced by Angang as the study object, the CCT curves of the ACISOOHS steel are measured by thermal simulation testing machine and the simulation of hot stamping technology is carried out so that the parameters of the technology for hot stamping the steel are determined. Parts for automobiles are trial produced by hot stamping the AC1500HS steel sheet. The experimental results show that the forming performance of the steel is good. The dimensional accuracy of the parts made by the steel sheet meets requirements. For the tensile strength of the steel is more than 1 500 MPa, this kind of steel can meet the requirements to be used to make parts for assembling an automobile.
