摘要
做好日常教学数据的采集与管理工作,对提高高职院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台的填报质量,促进学校内涵建设,提升管理水平和社会形象具有重要意义。根据资料分析和实践总结,认为做好此项工作,须从常规教学、校内外教学场所、教师和专业基本建设等方面的数据采集与管理入手,实行全员管理、"三化"管理、分层管理和绩效管理。
It is great significant of dealing with the collection and management work of the daily teaching data in order to enhance the filling quality of data collection platform, promote the school connotation construction, enhance the management level and social image. According to the data analysis and practical summary, the author thought that if we wanted to do this work well, starting from the data acquisition and management such as the routine teaching, the teaching facilities in and out college, teachers and professional basic construction, etc. we should implement staff management, characteristic management, hierarchical management and performance management.
