摘要
老年社会关怀是以社会物质资源的代际合理配置及其对老龄群体的有效供给为基础,通过制度伦理建构来保障老龄群体的各项基本权益,并不断提升其生活质量的社会道德实践。它是厚生伦理的重要德目,是传承孝道的现实需要,是可持续性经济伦理发展新路。它具有多维性、辐射性、互主体性。家庭孝养、社区关怀、政府善治的有机统一编织成一张功能互补、责任共担的社会关怀之网。
Social concern to the aged is social ethical practice based on the intergenerational rational allocation of social material resources and effective supply to the older groups, safeguarding their every basic fights and interests through ethical construction of social institutions, improving their life quality constantly. It is an important moral item about the ethics of loving the people＇s livehood, the realistic need to inherit filial piety, an economic ethical new way to sustainable development. It has the multidimensionality, moral radioactive, mutual subjectivity. The unity of family filial piety, community care and good governance of the government is woven into an social care network with complementary functions and shared responsibilities.
