摘要
论述了新型淀粉胶黏剂的合成方法。以硫酸铜代替传统用硫酸亚铁作催化剂,选用草酸作胶黏剂脱色剂,采用冷法制备新型淀粉胶黏剂。结果表明:当催化剂硫酸铜用量为0.12%时,以黏度和初粘力为评价指标,通过正交试验确定了淀粉胶黏剂的最佳配方为:水77.9%,淀粉17.3%,双氧水0.28%,氢氧化钠1.3%,硼砂0.12%,单因素实验草酸添加量为2.9%时即可得到良好脱色效果,制备的胶液乳白色,扩大了产品适用范围。
A synthesis method for novel starch adhesive is discussed,which uses copper sulfate instead of the traditional ferrous sulfate as catalyst,and chooses oxalic acid as adhesive decolorizing agent with cold method to prepare novel starch adhesive.The result shows that when the catalyst copper sulfate content is 0.12%,the optimum formula is found through orthogonal experiment with the viscosity and the initial adhesion regarded as evaluation index.The optimal formula is showed as follows: water is 77.9%,starch is 17.3%,H2 O2 is 0.28%,NaOH is 1.3%,and borax is 0.12%.The single factor experiments prove that it can get satisfied decolorizing effect when the adding amount of oxalic acid is 2.9%.The color of the prepared product is milky white in order to expanding the product applications.
