摘要
本文从宏观角度阐述党中央作出西部大开发战略决策的依据和背景以及重大意义 ,分析新疆在西部大开发中特殊重要的战略地位和已经具备的条件 ,认为应不失时机地抓住这个重要机遇 ,正视存在问题 ,完善发展新疆经济的思路。作者从新疆全局着眼 。
The author expounds the base and background of strategic decision to develop West Chinaproposed by CPC central committee and its significance as well from the perspective of macrocosm,analysesthe special and significant strategic position in west China taken by Xinjiang and its conditions and deems thatwe must lose no time taking the advantage of this important opportunity,face up to the problems remainedand develop Xinjiang's economy. The author, proceeding from the whole interest of Xinjiang, advances fivemajor tasks for economic development at present and in the future. [
