摘要
科技创新服务体系是科技创新体系中不可分割的一部分,是科技成果推广和转化为生产力的保障。信息是科技创新服务主体进行沟通交流的载体,信息流是保证整个体系高效运转的重要手段。但是,由于信息不对称、委托——代理原因,会造成整个系统中的信息风险,从而影响各主体发挥自己的最大功能。这些问题可以通过建立信息云平台和建立信息共享的激励、约束和协调机制来解决。
Scientific and technological innovation service system, as one part of scientific and tech- nological system,ensures the achievements extension and productivity transfer. While information consid- ered as communication carrier among service organizations, information flow becomes a device to accom- plish an effective system. However, due to information asymmetry and authorization agency relation- ship, information risks are caused which influence the organizations to play the greatest role. To solve these problems, measures should be taken as constructing an information cloud platform, and building motivation^limitation and coordination mechanism of shared information.
