摘要
研究生就业形势的日趋严峻引起了社会的广泛关注,对影响研究生就业的各种因素进行广泛研究,其中社会资本是分析研究生就业情况的一个重要角度。实证研究表明,毕业研究生的生源地、家庭收入、父母职位以及导师的社会资源等社会资本对研究生就业状况有着不同程度的影响;同时,社会资本对硕士生就业情况的影响要大于对博士研究生的影响。
The prospect for postgraduates~ employment is getting worse, which has become a concern of the society. Extensive research has been done into the factors influencing the employment of postgraduates. Social capital is one of the research focuses. This empirical research shows that., the origin of the students, parents~ income and social position, and supervisor~ s social resources have effects on postgraduates~ employment to varied degrees. In addition, social capital has more impact on graduates with master~ s degrees than graduates with doctoral degrees.
