本文论述了邓小平“人民为本”价值观 ,并以此为视角 ,提出高校教师思想政治工作必须承担提高教师思想政治素质和调动教师积极性的双重任务 ;
This paper discusses Dengxiaoping's people based values.Based on this view point,the authors put forward the idea that ideological work in universities must take on two tasks to improve teachers' ideological qualities and their motivations.The authors further propose a fundamental approach to the teachers' ideological work in a new era.
