摘要
劳动力市场分割有雇主方面和劳动者方面的原因,也有一级劳动力市场和二级劳动市场信息不对称的原因。劳动力市场分割带来贫困、失业和效率等问题,也导致寻租行为的产生。消除劳动力市场分割、促进劳动力市场一体化应从扩大"进入口"、引入竞争机制,征税和补贴,建立完善的劳动力中介市场,加强劳动者教育培训和工会改革等方面着手。
Labor market segmentation results from employers, workers and asymmetry in- formation between the primary labor market and the secondary labor market. It has brought pov- erty, unemployment and inefficiency, and also leads to the generation of rent-seeking behavior. Elimination of labor market segmentation and promotion of labor market integration could be started from the expansion of ＂entrance＂, the introduction of competition mechanism, taxation and subsidies, establishment and perfection of the labor market intermediaries, strengthening education and training of workers and trade union reform and other aspects.
