摘要
现实民间融资产生的问题逐渐加重的趋势表明,民间融资体系的规范化和制度化完善已经刻不容缓。在科学发展观的指导下对我国民间融资体系进行规范化和制度化的完善,可以从法律完善、监管完善、制度完善等多方面共同进行,但也要依据各地的实际情况而定,才能进一步促进地方甚至国家经济有序发展。
Recently, more and more serious problems are exposed with the expanding of the civil financing scale in China, which indicate that the standardization and institutionalization has been of a great urgency. Under the framework of scientific thought of development, the standardiza- tion and institutionalization of the civil financing system in China could be perfected from legislation perspective, supervision perspective and sys- tem perspective, as well as by taking regional differences into consideration, thus promoting the orderly development of the local and even the state scale economy.
