摘要
目的观察托瑞米芬与参芪扶正注射液联合治疗乳腺囊性增生症的有效性以及可应用性。方法选择2010年3月至2012年2月在四川省革命伤残军人医院经乳腺血气功能成像系统(血气三算子)结合针吸细胞学检查,以及病理证实为乳腺囊性增生症患者98例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各49例。实验组采用口服乳癖消片、托瑞米芬加参芪注射液治疗,对照组口服三苯氧胺和乳块消片治疗。两组进行有效率、血清性激素以及药物不良反应比较。结果实验组总有效率为95.92%,对照组为83.67%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组相比降低雌二醇和提高孕酮差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),垂体催乳素和睾酮血清水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),药物不良反应两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托瑞米芬和参芪扶正注射液联合能有效提高乳腺囊性增生病的治疗,并能对机体内源性激素水平有较好的调整作用,而且能降低药物不良反应发生率,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of toremifene combined with Shenqi Fuzheng Zhusheye（SFZ）in mammary gland cystic hyperplasia（MGCH）.Methods 98patients with definite diagnosis of MGCH treated in this hospital form Mar.2010 to Feb.2012were enrolled and divided into experiment group（49cases）,treated with Rupixiao tablets,toremifene and SFZ,and control group,treated with oral taken tamoxifen and Rukuaixiao tablets.Effective rates,serum levels of gonadal hormone and drug adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experiment group was 95.92%,higher than the 83.67%of control group（P0.05）.The differences of serum levels of oestrogen,progesterone,prolactin and between the two groups were all significant（P0.01or P0.05）.The difference of drug adverse reactions was also significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Combined therapy of toremifene and SFZ could be effective in MGCH,which might be able to adjust hormone levels and avoid drug adverse reaction.
