摘要
目的探讨骨质疏松患者的血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRAP5b)、25-羟维生素D3(25-OH-VD3)的变化及其相关性。方法收集2012年1～12月在南京医科大学第一附属医院就诊的骨质疏松患者血清207例以及健康体检者血清195例,分别采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和电化学发光法对血清中的TRAP5b、25-OHVD3水平进行检测,各组间的比较采用t检验。结果骨质疏松组中血清TRAP5b水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),25-OH-VD3的水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。在骨质疏松组中,血清TRAP5b水平,女性显著高于男性(P<0.05),25-OH-VD3的水平,女性显著低于男性(P<0.05)。健康对照组,血清TRAP5b、25-OH-VD3水平男女之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨质疏松患者不同年龄组中,61～70岁组血清TRAP5b水平显著低于51～60、71～80和81～90(P<0.05);61～70岁组血清25-OH-VD3水平显著高于51～60、71～80和81～90岁组(P<0.05)。健康对照组,血清TRAP5b水平随年龄的增长有升高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血清25-OH-VD3水平4组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。骨质疏松组血清TRAP5b与25-OH-VD3相关性分析,两指标呈负相关(r=-0.961,P<0.05)。结论血清TRAP5b与25-OH-VD3的联合检测对骨质疏松的诊断有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5b（TRAP5b）,25-hydroxyvitamin D3（25-OH-VD3）and osteoporosis.Methods Serum levels TRAP5band 25-OHVD3were detected in 207osteoporosis patients and 195healthy subjects by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and electrochemiluminescence assay respectively.Results Serum level of TRAP5bin osteoporosis group was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）,but of 25-OH-VD3was lower（P0.05）.Serum level of TRAP5bin female osteoporosis patients was higher than male patients（P0.05）,but 25-OH-VD3level was lower（P0.05）.Difference of serum level of TRAP5band 25-OH-VD3between male and female in control group was not significant（P0.05）.In osteoporosis patients of different age groups,the level of TRAP5bin group of 61-70years old was significantly lower than group of 51-61,71-80and 81-90years old（P0.05）,and the level of 25-OH-VD3in group of 61-70years old was significantly higher than the other groups（P0.05）.Serum levels of the two indicators in healthy subjects at different ages were not significantly different（P0.05）.In patients group,there was a negative correlation between serum levels of the two indicators（r=-0.961,P0.05）.Conclusion Combined detection of serum TRAP5band 25-OH-VD3might be with great significance for the diagnosis of osteoporosis.
