摘要
高职大学语文课程是培养学生综合职业能力的重要载体。基于对综合职业能力的分解,将大学语文课程与人才培养和能力训练相融合,根据学生特点采用小组讨论、专题研讨、名师讲座、知识竞赛、参观访问等方法教学,建立注重过程的考核办法,加强专业化师资建设,为综合职业能力的培养提供保障。
Chinese curriculum is the important carrier of cultivating students' comprehensive occupation ability in higher vocational colleges.Based on the decomposition of comprehensive occupation ability,the paper aims to combine the university Chinese curriculum with personnel training and ability training.According to the characteristics of students,several teaching methods are put forward such as group discussions,seminars,lectures,knowledge contest,visiting.Process evaluation should be emphasized and the construction of professional teachers should be strengthened to provide effective support for comprehensive occupation ability training.
