艺术市场中金融化创新手段的主要功能在于充分发掘市场各参与部分的交换价值,交换的核心在于对交换各方需求的满足。通过对艺术生产者和艺术购买者的需求分析,可以将这两端不同的需求相互结合起来,构建合理的艺术金融模式,在此基础上可以进一步构建艺术金融的综合性模式,即艺术俱乐部模式。该模式的核心是提供各种艺术金融产品,而为了更好地实现这些艺术金融产品的功能和价值,艺术俱乐部还需要拥有完善的艺术管理机构组织艺术交流活动,并且需要规范的艺术交易平台。
The main function of finance in art market is to fully explore the exchange values of every part of the market. The core of exchange is to meet the parties' needs each other. Through the demands analysis we can combine these two different needs of artistic producer and art buyer to each other to construct the reasonable art financial model. In combination with various models of the producer and buyer in the art market, comprehensive art financial model can be built such as the art club model. In this mode, the core is to provide a variety of art financial products. And to achieve values and functions of art financial products, art club needs to organize art intercommunion activities, and have useful management system and equitable art trading platform.
