摘要
为了增强面点工艺基础课堂实践教学的有效性,考核评价的科学性,分析目前教学中,课程内容和考核方式方面所存在的一些问题,探讨模块化的理实一体教学内容构建及多元化考核方式的改革。
In order to enhance the pasta technology foundation,the effectiveness of classroom teaching practice,evaluation of the scientific,this paper analyzes the problems about course content and examination methods in teaching,proposed Constructing a modular integration of practice and theoretics course content,reform of diversification examination methods.
