摘要 目的观察自动化腹膜透析(APD)应用于腹膜透析患者治疗过程中的临床症状及引流情况,为腹透患者提供更适合的治疗模式。方法分析2008—2012年在广东省佛山市第一人民医院肾内科接受APD治疗的腹膜透析患者181例,其中男94例,女87例。观察治疗过程中患者的症状及引流情况,针对患者的个体情况做好术前后护理及患者培训教育。结果 APD操作及处方调整简单方便,能清晰计算出患者的超滤量,减少频繁的人工换液,患者在治疗过程灌注和引流情况良好。结论 APD应用于腹膜透析患者,即可保障治疗质量,提高生活质量,又可有效节省人力。 Objective To observe the clinical symptom and drainage condition for dialysis patients whowere treated with automatedperitoneal dialysis (APD), and supply more suitable treatment model to the dialysis patients. Methods We reviewed the clinical symptoms and drainage conditionof 181 patients who got APD in the First People~ Hospital, 94 male and 87 female patie,-ts were included in this study, and we supplied nursing and training for patients according to different condition of them. Results The aplication of APD was convenient for operating and regulating prescription, we can got an exact ultrafiltration valume, times of exchangedialysate were reduced, the conditions of perfuse and drainage performed well. Conclusions APD was an effective and labor saving mode for peritoneal dialysis, for it could improve the quality of life for peritoneal dialysis patients.
