摘要
消解制度上应然目标的"共同负责"到实然状态的"共同不负责",实现学生从"单维度养成"到"多维度成长"亟需构建研究生思政教育的合力机制,而多元教育主体间的职责不明、内容重复、动机机制滞后导致了研究生思政现状的诸多"共同不负责"的结果,从"共同负责"变成"共同不负责"始终是社会合作中的一个难题。需要从组织架构、运行平台、保障机制、动机激励等方面的制度建设入手,努力解决合力机制的构建,真正激发导师和辅导员合作的意愿和动机,走向合力治理,从而成为研究生思政教育新的增长点。
Shifting from "sharing responsibility" in imperative objective to "sharing no responsibility" in indicative condition under institutional dispelling so as to change the cultivation of students from single dimen- sion to multidimensional development, it is in urgent need of constructing the joint-effort machinery of graduate students' ideological and political education. However, the result of " graduate and lags sharing no responsibility" in current students' ideological and political education caused by unspecified obligation, repetition of contents in motive mechanism among multi-educational subjects makes it a problem to achieve the shift from "sharing responsibility" to "sharing framework, the running platform, dress the issue of the construction and political education, thus truly and govern. no responsibility" in social cooperation. From the perspectives of the guarantee mechanism and motive inducement and so on, this paper will ad- of the joint-effort machinery which is a new point of graduates inspiring the will and the motive of supervisors and counselors ' ideological to cooperate
