摘要
本研究调查了某市432名职前教师的品德心理现状,结果发现:(1)职前教师的品德发展水平总体较高;(2)职前教师的品德发展并没有随着年级的提高而提高,相反却出现下降的态势;(3)品德心理三因子之间的发展不均衡,即品德意志的发展水平最高,依次为品德认识和品德情感;(4)理科职前教师的品德发展水平高于文科职前教师的发展水平;(5)女职前教师的品德发展水平高于男职前教师的发展水平。
Using datas collected from 432 pre-service teachers, results indicate that: (1) Overall, pre-service teachers' moral situation is higher; (2) Moral level higher in low grade pre-service teachers than do other pre-service teachers; (3) The three factors of moral structure are not balance, the highest is moral will, the higher is moral cognition, the lowest is moral feeling; (4) Moral level of pre- service teachers in science is higher than in arts; (5) Moral level of pre-service teachers in female is higher than in male
