摘要 目的建立同步快速检测全血中乙醇和甲醇含量的顶空气相色谱法。方法采用10mL顶空瓶制备样品,在70℃下平衡10min,AT—PEG一20M毛细管色谱柱400C分离,FID检测。结果乙醇和甲醇进样质量浓度在0.05~2.0g/L范围内线性关系良好,最低检测限为0.01g/L,平均加样回收率分别为102.92%和99.84%。结论该方法简便、灵敏,可同时检测全血中的乙醇和甲醇。对样品分析时顶空平衡温度和柱温有重要作用。 Abstract:Objective To establish a HS-GC method for simuhaneously and rapidly measuring the contents of ethanol and methanol in whole blood. Methods The 10 mL headspace bottle was adopted for preparing the sample, with equilibration for 10 min under the temperature of 70℃. Ethanol and methanol were separated with the AT -PEG- 20M capillary columns under the oven temperature of 40 ℃ and determined by FID. Results The good linearity was in the range of 0.05- 2.0 g/L for both ethanol( r = 0. 999 9) and methanol (r=0. 999 7),their limits of detection were 0.01 g/L. The average recovery rate was 102. 92% for ethanol and 99.84% for methanol respectively. Conclusion This established method is simple and sensitive,can simultaneously determine the blood ethanol and methanol concentrations. The headspace equilibration and oven temperatures have the important role for analyzing the sample.
