摘要
针对传统颗粒粒度测量的局限性,研究了基于图像分析法的颗粒粒度测量的基本过程,并对该过程中的各个环节进行了总结分析。然后利用MATLAB进行了颗粒图像的处理与颗粒粒度测量。实验结果表明,图像分析法能够快速、准确地完成颗粒粒度测量。
In view of the limitations of traditional particle size measurement, This paper studies the basic process of particle size measurement based on image analysis method, and summarizes every part of this image process. Then the particle image is handled to get particle size by using Matlab. The experimental result shows that the image analysis method can quickly and accurately complete the particle size measurement.
