摘要
布鲁氏杆菌(Brucella)是一种兼性胞内寄生菌,可以作为生物武器使用。布鲁氏杆菌病(Brucellosis,简称"布病")是由布鲁氏杆菌引起的严重危害人类健康和畜牧业发展的重要传染病,是世界性的公共卫生问题。免疫蛋白质组学是以双向电泳、生物质谱及生物信息学为主要技术支撑的蛋白质组学与传统免疫印迹技术相结合而产生的一门学科。本文主要综述了免疫蛋白质组学在布鲁氏杆菌研究中的应用及意义。
Brucella organisms are facultative intracellular bacteria. Brucellosis caused by Brucella is an important zoonostic disease that threatens human and animal health and is also on the list of the biological weapons. Therefore, Brucellosis is regarded as a worldwide public health problem. With the development of proteomic techniques, immunoproteomics has been introduced with combination of proteomics and Western blot. The applications and significance of immunoproteomics in Brucella research are reviewed in this article.
