摘要
通过对茂名市高校师生的"知识产权信息调查表"的统计、分析及研究,发现绝大部分师生对当前知识产权的作用给予肯定;过半师生对知识产权的公平度及立法现状持不确定态度;高校师生普通认为当前的知识产权法不利于打击侵权行为;高校师生用法律武器来维权的不多,学位越高,维权意识越高;高校师生中购买盗版产品的现象较为普遍。提出了普及知识产权法宣传的3个措施及解决盗版问题的3个管理对策。
Through the count, analysis and research in the ＂ intellectual property rights information survey＂ carried out by the Maoming city college teachers and students, it is found that the large majority of teachers and students affirm the role of intellectual property rights; More than half of them have an uncertain attitude of the fairness and current leg- islation of intellectual property rights, college teachers and students generally think that the current intellectual prop- erty is not conductive to combat infringement; Few of them use legal weapon to protect their rights, and the higher degree they are, the higher legal awareness they have; It is very common to see the college teachers and students buy pirated products. We proposes three measures of popularizing intellectual property law and three management countermeasures to solve serious social problems of piracy.
