摘要
在全新的创业型经济正在取代管理型经济的背景下,探究创业导向下的企业面向广义客户的知识管理机制,对于促进我国创业型经济的成长意义重大。在建构企业创业导向、知识获取能力与知识内部化构念模型的基础上,论文通过对211家企业的实证分析,探索性对创业导向与客户知识的获取进而内部化的效果的影响路径加以研究,特别是创业导向的自主性和先动性对于知识获取能力的提升及其客户知识的内部化呈现显著的正向相关。因此,企业更有效地管理授权和先于同行企业把握时机对于知识获取与内部化的动态成长非常必要。
New entrepreneurial economy is replacing the management-orientd economy, thus exploring the management mechanism of en- terprise for general customers with the entrepreneurial orientation has critical meaning hi impcoving the development of domestic entrepre- neurial economy. On the basis of constructing the model of entrepreneurial oriention, knowledge acquisition capacity and internal knowl- edge, this paper explores the entrepreneurial orientation, customer knowledge acquisition, and the influence path of the effect of knowl- edge internalization. It is found that the autonomy and proactiveness of the entrpreneurial orientation have significant positive correlations to the acceleration of knowledge acquisition ability and customer knowledge intemalization The empirical analysis of 211 enterprises shows that the effective authorization management and the timely opportunity grasping are noeessary for the knowledge acquisition and internal dy- namic growth of enterprises.
