摘要
指出了森工和营林作为林业部门的重要内容,它们之间既相互联系,又相互影响,都对林业经济发展具有重要作用。为了正确分析森工和营林对林业经济的作用,可以从林业总产值入手,将总产值视为因变量,将森工和营林作为自变量,进而返回分析模式。从林业发展整体局面来看,影响林业发展的外部因素主要包括:经济环境、政府政策、自然灾害以及国民经济对林业发展的影响。
As the important contents of the forestry sector ,forestry and forest management are interrelated and also influence each other ,both of which have important effects on the development of forestry economy .In order to correctly analyse the role of forestry and forest management in the development of forestry economy ,this study starts from the total output value of forestry ,considers the total output value as the dependent variable and the forest industry and forest as variables , and then returns to the analysis model . From the overall situation of forestry development ,the external influencing factors mainly include :economic environment ,government policies ,natural disasters and national economy .
