The Guangdong spirit whose core is a high degree of intelligence and hard - working gene innovates in compacting campus cultural power and spiritual power to enhance the soft power and competitiveness of vocational colleges. The paper is discussed to innovate material culture to play the influence function of campus culture, innovate institutional culture to play the cohesion function of campus culture and innovate spirit and cultural construction to play the educational function of campus culture by advancing and enriching the Guangdong spirit.
