间充质干细胞治疗肝脏疾病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 间充质干细胞作为干细胞治疗和再生医学理想的种子细胞,在肝脏疾病治疗领域取得了一定的研究成果。间充质干细胞治疗肝脏疾病的机制复杂,其既能经诱导转化为肝细胞样细胞,又能分泌多种生长因子和细胞因子,从而促进受损肝脏的修复和再生。目前,有研究表明间充质干细胞或其条件培养液在治疗急慢性肝损伤和终末期肝病等方面取得了显著的疗效。作者对间充质干细胞的生物学特性和其在治疗肝脏疾病方面的进展作一综述。
