摘要
简介STC15F2K60S2单片机及LCRC632芯片特性,研究无线射频识别(Radio frequency identification,RFID)系统组成和原理,设计物联网射频阅读器。针对13.56MHz的无线射频信号工作频率,设计天线及其系统,构建射频阅读器系统硬件电路,并给出了软件工作流程。
Analysis of the system composition and principle of Radio frequency identification (RFID), ra- dio frequency reader for internet is designed. Based on radio frequency identification technology, this paper in- troduces the functions, structure characteristics and working process of radio frequency reader for internet is analyzed. This paper makes an introduction of the STC15F2K60S2 MCU and LCRC632 features and designs ra- dio frequency reader for internet. For the working frequency of 13.56MHz radio frequency signal, it puts for- ward composition of the antenna and calculation according to formula, radio frequency reader system hardware circuit is built and software workflow is given.
