摘要
采用对氨基苯磺酸-盐酸萘乙二胺紫外-可见分光光度法测定了白萝卜汁对亚硝酸盐的清除率,考察了影响白萝卜清除亚硝酸盐的因素.结果表明,以水为提取剂,浸提温度为100℃,浸提时间为20 min,提取液用量为5 mL,作用时间为10 min时,白萝卜提取液对亚硝酸盐的清除率最好.
The eliminating rate of Radish Juice to nitrite was measured by spectrophotometry and the effect factor of the eliminating rate of Radish Juice to nitrite was studied in this paper. The result indicated that the water should be regarded as abstracting reagent, the reacting time of Turnip Juice was 10 min. The eliminating rate of nitrite was highest,abstracting temperature was 100 ℃,the abstracting time was 20 min.
