摘要
[目的]探讨不同光质对迷迭香愈伤组织中类黄酮含量的影响。[方法]通过迷迭香愈伤组织的增殖培养,获取大量的供试材料,分别于红光、蓝光、白光、绿光、黄光和黑暗6种不同光质下培养,采用分光光度计法测定类黄酮含量。[结果]试验结果表明,不同光质对迷迭香愈伤组织类黄酮含量的影响差异显著。以黑暗培养作为对照,红光不利于迷迭香愈伤组织中类黄酮的积累,而蓝光下类黄酮的含量最高,影响类黄酮含量从高到低的光质依次为:蓝光(5.366%)>黄光(4.927%)>绿光(4.669%)>黑暗(4.668%)>白光(3.937%)>红光(3.661%)。[结论]该试验比较了不同光质对迷迭香愈伤组织类黄酮含量的影响,为采用迷迭香愈伤组织培养生产类黄酮等次生代谢产物的生物合成提供了科学依据。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to explore different light qualities on the contents of flavonoids of callus in Rosmarinus officinalis. [Method] Large amounts of tested materials were obtained by rosemary callus proliferation cuhure, which were further cultured under the red, blue, white, green, yellow and dark. respectively, and then the contents of flavonoids of callus were measured by speetrophotomeler.[Result] Tire results showed that tire different lighl qualities had different impacts in tire contents of flawmoids significantly , Among them, the red light was trot eondueive to the accumulation of flawmoids, and the highest content of flawmoids occurred under the blue light. The order of tire effects of light qualities on tire flavanoids contents was : blue (5.366%)〉 yellow (4.927%)〉 green (4.669%)〉 dark (4.668%)〉 white (3.937%)〉 red (3.661%). [Conclusion] In this experiment, the effects of different light qualities on the contents of flawmoids of callus were compared, which would provide scientific evidences for factory production of seeondary metabolites such as flawmoids by callus culture in Rosmarinus officinalis.
