农民创业的代际传承因素实证分析——基于广东部分地区农民创业者的问卷调查 被引量:7

An Empirical Analysis of the Intergenerational Inheritance of Peasant Entrepreneurship Based on the Questionnaire Survey of Peasant Entrepreneurs in Parts of Guangdong

摘要 基于广东省部分地区427份问卷调查数据,采用交叉表与Logistic模型,分析影响农民创业行业选择和地域选择的代际传承因素。结果表明:父辈的人力资本与农民创业行业选择不存在显著相关;父辈的社会资本及其周围环境对农民创业行业选择有显著影响;父辈的创业类型与农民创业的选择具有显著相关性,且父子两代农民的创业类型趋同;父辈拥有的社会资本、金融资本及其周围环境影响农民创业的地域选择。可见,要推进农民创业,应该鼓励和扶持外出打工的农民工及其子女回乡创业,充分发挥农民创业的激励和示范效应,重视创业氛围的培育及其文化传承性。 Based on the data of 427 questionnaires from some places of Guangdong, this paper uses Cross Table and Logistic Model to analyze the intergenerational factors which influence industry and region selection in peasants' entrepreneurship. The results show that there is no significant correlation between parents' human capital and entrepreneurship industry selection. Parents' social capital and their surrounding environ- ment have a significant influence on their entrepreneurship industry selection. There is a significant correla- tion between parents' entrepreneurial types and entrepreneurial industry selection, and the entrepreneurial types between peasant fathers and sons show convergence. The social capital and financial capital of parents and their surrounding environment influence their regional choice of entrepreneurship. In conclusion, in or- der to promote peasant entrepreneurship, we should encourage and support the migrant workers and their children to return home to start their own business, give full use of peasants' entrepreneurship incentives and demonstration effects, and pay more attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurial atmosphere and cultural inheritance.
