摘要
目的:观察功能性内镜鼻窦手术配合中药冲洗治疗慢性上颌窦炎的疗效。方法:将慢性上颌窦炎的100例患者随机分为治疗组50例与对照组50例,治疗组应用喜炎平注射液及糜蛋白酶交替灌洗,对照组应用生理糖盐水、妥布霉素、地塞米松冲洗液灌洗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组术后6个月经鼻内窥镜检查,治疗组总有效率96.0%(48/50),高于对照组的82%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:内镜鼻窦手术配合中药冲洗治疗慢性上颌窦炎可减轻功能性内镜术后的炎症反应,促进黏液的排除,有助于粘膜的形态和功能的尽快修复,是一种较理想的治疗方法,对确保功能性内镜慢性上颌窦炎手术的成功有重要意义。
Objective：To observe the effect of endoscopy sinuses surgery with TCM washing. Methods：100 cases were divided into the treated group and the control group. 50 cases in each group. The treated group was given Xiyanping injection and chymotrypsin lavage alternately. The control group used the physiological salt, tobramycin and dexamethasone rinse solution lavage. To compare the effects of the two groups. Results： After 6 months, with nasal endoscopy examination, the total efficiency of treated group was 96.0%（48/50）, higher than the 82% （41/50） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Treated group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： Endoscopy sinuses surgery with TCM washing can relieve the inflammatory response of functional endoscopic sinus, promote the elimination of mucus, contribute to quickly repairing of mucosal morphology and function, is an ideal method of treatment, is important to ensure the functional endoscopic surgery of chronic maxillary sinusitis success.
