摘要
高职院校的新媒体学生管理工作要重视搭建有效的管理平台,拓展管理空间,建立平等互助的管理工作氛围,最终实现高职院校学生管理工作的全面创新。本文分析了新媒体概念,总结了高职院校学生管理工作现状,提出了新媒体时代高职学校学生工作模式的创新对策。
Student management in higher vocational colleges in the new media should pay attention to the establishment of an ef- fective management platform, expand management space, and construct an equal and cooperative management atmosphere, so as to ultimately realize the overall innovation of student manage- ment in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the defi- nition of the new media, summarizes the current situation of stu- dent management in higher vocational colleges, and proposes the countermeasures of the innovation of student management in the times of new media.
