摘要
学生的基础差,学习被动,没有良好的学习习惯,老师着急上火,后来经过一番努力,针对不同的学生采取不同的教学方法,课堂上力求使课上得有趣,并适时地多表扬、多鼓励,学生有了大的进步。教学虽苦虽累,但看到学生的进步,会感觉很快乐、幸福。
