用Abaqus软件研究模块化试验工装的设计方法,以铁路行业典型的橡胶球铰偏转疲劳模块化试验工装为例,具体阐述模块化疲劳试验工装的设计和优化方法.比较优化设计前后试验工装的差异,形成设计优化流程,展示利用Abaqus进行模块化试验工装辅助设计的优越性.
Abaqus is used to research the design method of modular test fixture. Taking the modular fixture of rubber joint’s deflection fatigue test as an example, which is typical in railway industry, the method of modular fatigue test fixture design and optimization is introduced. The difference between original and optimized structure is compared and a reasonable design process is built. The advantages of Abaqus in design of modular test fixtures are demonstrated.
