摘要
应用Abaqus对某发动机排气系统进行温度场计算,并在冷热循环工况下计算排气歧管的热应力、塑性变形以及密封压力.结果可以为排气歧管结构设计提供参考.
The temperature field of an engine exhaust system, and the thermal stress, plastic deformation and sealing pressure of the exhaust manifold under the thermal cycling conditions are calculated by Abaqus. The results can provide reference for the structure design of exhaust manifold.
