摘要
简要介绍了芳烃联合装置重整反应加热炉及其废热锅炉系统的工艺流程,对原生产过程中较为重要的控制回路的控制现状进行了分析,找出了影响该系统控制质量的原因,提出用 DCS对之重新组态,取得较好的控制效果。
The technique processes of reforming reaction heating fur-nace and its heat-recovery boiler system in combination aromatic hydrocarbon plant are introduced briefly. The current control situation of the main control loops in existing production process is analyzed. The reasons that are affecting the control quality are found out. The better control result is obtained by using DCS to reconfigure the system.
